1. How can I earn Club Nail Closet points?

At NAILCLOSETHK.COM, every $1 spent on any product is equivalent to 1 Club Nail Closet point, inclusive of your initial purchase. (Excluding shipping fee)

2. When can I start redeeming my rewards?

Redemption starts from 2,300 Club Nail Closet points onwards. You may choose to redeem your rewards as soon as you have accumulated 2,300 Club Nail Closet points or continue to earn Club Nail Closet points for alternative rewards.

3. How do I check my balance of Club NailCloset points?

You can click "Member Benefits" in the lower left corner and log into your Club Nail Closet account to check your points.

4. Am I allowed to combine Club Nail Closet points with my friends?

No, each member is allowed to use the Club Nail Closet points they earn within their own membership and may not combine Club Nail Clsoet points in any other way.

5. How do I qualify for an auto-renewal of Nail Closet Gold membership?

To continue enjoying your Nail Closet GOLD, you need to purchase at least HK$2,000 worth of products at NAILCLOSET.COM within past 12 months, you will enjoy 1 year renewal of GOLD membership from your qualified date.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Club Nail Closet points earned will have 12 months rolling validity and expire on last day on the anniversary month the following year. All Club Nail Closet points will be forfeited upon expiry date.

2. The Member must have the minimum number of points required to redeem the Rewards chosen by the Member. Rewards for redemption at each tier are in limited quantities, and available on a first-come-first-served basis.

3. Nail Closet reserves the right to withdraw this programme or change or delete or add such terms and conditions including but not limited to those relating to the withdrawal/addition of benefits or privileges as Nail Closet deems fit from time to time and Nail Closet may do any of the above without giving prior notice to the Member and without having to pay any compensation.

4. The Member is solely responsible for notifying Nail Closet of any change in the Member's mailing address, email address or any other personal particulars.

5. The Member will be awarded 1 point for every HK$1 spent by the Member on Nail Closet' products only. Points will be awarded only for purchases made at NailCloset.com

6. Nail Closet reserves the right to terminate the Member's membership without prior notice to the Member if it is found that the Member has given false information to Nail Closet.

7. For avoidance of doubt, the other terms and conditions of the Nail Closet' Membership Agreement also apply.

8. Nail Closet reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
