Purchase Information

  1. All orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  2. Arrangements for in-stock and pre-order products:
    A) If an order consists entirely of in-stock items, it will generally be dispatched within 3 working days.
    B) If an order includes pre-order items, it will generally be dispatched within 10 to 21 working days after the order cut-off date.
    For cut-off dates, please refer to the respective product pages.
    If pre-ordered items have not arrived in Hong Kong within 30 days of order placement, customers may choose to request a refund or continue waiting.
  3. Successful payment does not guarantee a 100% stock availability.
    In the event that the wholesale supply cannot fulfill all orders, products will be dispatched based on the sequence of payment.
    P.S. The earlier the order is placed, the higher the chance of securing your desired items.
  4. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  5. The effectiveness of the products may vary depending on personal habits, application methods, and individual nail or skin conditions. Our store does not guarantee specific results for individual users.
  6. Due to lighting during photography and variations in mobile or computer monitor settings, there may be slight color discrepancies between the product images and the actual items. The color and appearance of the actual product shall prevail.
  7. Products sold by our store are primarily genuine parallel imports / overseas-sourced goods and are not official local-authorized goods. All trademarks, brand names, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the products belong to their respective right holders.
  8. Our store operates as an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the brands, trademark owners, manufacturers, or their authorized distributors mentioned or sold in our store. All brand names, trademarks, and images are used solely for the purpose of product identification.
  9. Parallel imports / overseas-sourced goods are not eligible for any warranty, repair, replacement, or loyalty reward services provided by the official brands, manufacturers, or authorized local distributors. All after-sales arrangements are subject to our store's policies.
  10. Product information, packaging, ingredients, styles, versions, and images are for reference only. In the event of any discrepancies, the actual product shall prevail.
  11. Our store reserves the right to update, amend, or remove website content, product information, pricing, and these Terms of Service without prior notice.
  12. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated above.
  13. In the event of any dispute, Nail Closet (Hong Kong) reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding these Terms of Service and order arrangements.
