How to Use Member Points / Store Credit?

Points earned from shopping at Nail Closet HK will be converted into "Store Credit," which you can use as cash to directly offset the cost of your next purchase! Please follow these simple steps to apply your store credit at checkout:

Checkout Steps:

  1. Pick Your Favorites: Add your desired nail products to your cart and click "Checkout".
  2. Go to the Checkout Page: After filling in your shipping information and selecting a shipping method, scroll down to the "Payment" section.
  3. Apply Store Credit: Right above the payment methods, you will find a "Use Store Credit" option. Check the box next to it (as shown in the red box on the bottom left of the attached image).
  4. Confirm the Discount: Once checked, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding amount from your order summary on the right. You will see a "Store Credit" line under the "Total" indicating the deducted amount (e.g., -$50.00, as shown in the red box on the right of the attached image).
  5. Complete Your Order: Verify that the "Total" has been updated to the discounted price, select your preferred payment method, and complete your checkout!

You can earn Club Nail Closet points for every $1 spent on products at nailclosethk.com, starting from your very first purchase (excluding shipping and handling fees).

  • Points are calculated based on the final product price after discounts are applied.
  • Points will be credited to your account after your order has been shipped.
  • The expiration date varies depending on when the points are issued. You can check the exact expiration dates in the "Point History" section of your "My Account" page.

2. How do I earn points by submitting a review (text or photo)?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a "Product Review Invitation" email. Simply click the link in the email and leave a text review to earn 5 Points. If you also upload a photo of yourself wearing our nails, you will earn 10 Points! Points will be automatically credited to your account once the review is approved.

No. Club Nail Closet points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. All expired points will automatically become void and cannot be carried over.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Club Nail Closet points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. All expired points will automatically become void and be canceled. Members are responsible for using their points before expiration; expired points will not be reissued or extended.
  2. Members must log into their Club Nail Closet account and complete their purchase on the official website (nailclosethk.com) to earn points. Purchases made via "Guest Checkout" will not earn points, and these points cannot be claimed retroactively.
  3. All accumulated Club Nail Closet points and membership tiers are strictly non-transferable, cannot be combined with other accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid for products at checkout (excluding shipping and handling fees). In the event of a subsequent refund or order cancellation, the corresponding points earned from that order will be deducted from the member's account.
