Cancellation policy

Our return policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days gone by since the delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original, unused condition. This means that the items must be sealed and in sellable condition. All sleeve packaging, nail file and cuticle pusher, free gift included in the packaging must also be returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase, photos or videos of the damaged products. 

Items not eligible of returns: 

- Items purchased during a sale, discounted items and/or order made with promotional codes are strictly non-returnable

-Gift Cards

-Any items not in its original condition, which is damaged, or having missing parts, or reasons not due to manufacturing defect

-Any items that have been opened/used

-Any items that is returned more than 2 days after delivery

* No refund or cancellation is acceptable after the order placed.
