Nail Closet (Hong Kong) acts solely as a purchasing agent for certain items. We assume no liability for guaranteeing the quality of these sourced products, and all such items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Furthermore, we do not provide any after-sales services or warranties for any products.
Transit Damage & Shipping Risks All products are properly packed before dispatch. If products are damaged or destroyed during transit, customers must contact the respective logistics provider directly for claims. We bear no liability for any transit-related damage. Additionally, if customers select "Hongkong Post (Surface Mail)" (applicable to Hong Kong local delivery only), they must fully acknowledge that this service provides no tracking functionality. Buyers assume all risks associated with lost mail. We hold no liability and will not provide any form of compensation, including but not limited to returns, refunds, or reshipments. Customers are advised to fully understand these risks before selecting this option.
Handling of Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item, strictly do not open or unseal the product. You must contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item. Our representatives will require you to provide photo/video proof or return the item for verification. Only after the request is verified and meets our criteria will we assist in arranging an exchange for the correct item. Any requests made past the 2-day deadline, or if the item has been opened or used, will be strictly rejected.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels Customers must ensure that all recipient details, shipping address, contact number, customs declaration, and identity verification information provided are true and accurate. Any failure of delivery, return, or abandonment arising from incorrect information or failure to complete customs clearance, tax payment, or parcel collection shall be borne solely by the customer. If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons including but not limited to incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, failure to collect from a pick-up point/locker within the required period, refusal to provide customs documents or pay taxes, or parcel rejection, such parcel shall be deemed undeliverable and the customer shall be deemed to have voluntarily abandoned the goods. In any such case, we reserve the absolute discretion to cancel the order directly. Under no circumstances shall we provide any refund, reimbursement, or compensation for the goods, shipping charges, or any incurred costs. We bear no responsibility for refunds or reshipment.
