Refund policy

Product Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Once an order is successfully placed, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

  2. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the products, no returns or exchanges are allowed for all items.

  3. Nail Closet (Hong Kong) acts only as an agent for purchasing, and is not responsible for the quality of the products. All proxy purchase items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  4. Nail Closet (Hong Kong) does not offer any after-sales or warranty services for any products.

  5. If customers choose to use Hong Kong Post's standard mail service, please be aware that the mail does not provide any tracking function. In case of loss during shipment, we do not assume any responsibility, including returns, refunds, or reshipments. Please understand the potential risks involved.

  6. Nail Closet (Hong Kong) will properly package the products before shipping. If products are damaged during transportation, please contact the logistics provider directly.

Incorrect Item Handling

If you receive an incorrect item, please do not open it and contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. Customer service may request you to return the product or provide photos/videos to verify it meets the return/exchange conditions. Once verified, we will assist in arranging the return/exchange of the relevant item. Late requests will not be processed.

Undeliverable Orders

The following terms apply to orders that are returned due to reasons such as incomplete shipping address, PO box addresses, hotel addresses, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, recipient refusal to pay taxes/refusal to provide ID/failure to complete customs clearance, or recipient rejection of the package:  

  1. When the courier company returns the package to us, our company will notify the customer via WhatsApp or email to follow up and reconfirm delivery details. The customer must respond within 7 working days.

  2. If the customer responds within 7 working days and requests a reshipment, additional shipping and administrative fees will apply. Shipping costs depend on the destination country/region.

  3. If the customer fails to respond within 7 working days, the order will be considered canceled, and no further delivery arrangements will be made.

  4. For canceled orders, only the product price (after deducting shipping fees and other related charges, including an administrative handling fee equivalent to approximately 30% of the product price) will be refunded.

Placing an order implies acceptance of the above terms. The store reserves the right of final decision.
