(1) SF Express- the shipping fee will be directly charged to you by SF Express
If you use the SF locker service, please make sure to fill in the correct outlet code and the detailed address to facilitate the delivery. For the detailed address, please refer to the address list on SF Express's official website.
(2) Hong Kong Post(EC-Get) - Shipping Fee is HK$12
If you use the EC-Get service, please make sure to fill in the correct Post Office Code or iPostal Station Code and the detailed address to facilitate the delivery. For the detailed address, please refer tothe address list on HK Post's official website .
(3) Hong Kong Post(Ordinary)- Shipping Fee is HK$8
NO tracking number or services will be provided on ordinary delivery. The buyer agree to bear all risks of loss, damage, or destruction of the products ordered if they choose ordinary delivery services. **Nail lamp or gel polish cannot delivery by standard services, please select other shipping method(s).

(1) Total Net Order Value: For orders of HK$399 or more#, you can enjoy free shipping to SF Express stations/lockers when paying with PayMe, FPS, or AlipayHK. *
* Free shipping does not apply to residential/commercial addresses, etc.
* Credit card payments are not eligible for free shipping.

International Delivery
Asia-Pacific region (such as China, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, etc.) - Shipping fee is HK$60
USA, UK, Europe(except Germany), and Australia - Shipping fee is HK$150
Germany and Rest of the world - Shipping fee is HK$200
3rd party logistics company: Hongkong Post or other logistics provider
Settlement currency: The settlement currency is all calculated in Hong Kong dollars. You can select your local currency from the lower right corner of the page. However, this is for an indication only.
Shipping address: For China, Macau, and Taiwan, we recommend filling in the shipping address in Chinese. For regions outside of these areas, we recommend filling in the delivery address in English. Unfortunately, our courier is unable to deliver to P.O. Box etc.
Tax issue: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nail Closet Hong Kong is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
1) If the entire order is for in-stock products, it will generally be shipped within 1-3 working days.
